Program overview
Exploring primarily contemporary or 19th and 20th century history, the course focuses on important issues such as war and conflict, immigration, racism, nationalism and empire. As students move through the three years, they will study more specific topics and the subject matter will become increasingly complex. Taught by experts in their own field, students will expand and develop a wide range of skills and learn how to absorb, understand and communicate complex information.

Exams:
- IELTS
- 112 points from at least 2 A levels and including grade C in History or
- BTEC Extended Diploma DMM and including grade C in A level History or
- International Baccalaureate: 26+ Points
Plus five GCSEs grades 9-4 including English Language or Literature at grade 4 or above.
- Pass Access with 30 level 3 credits at Merit in History and GCSE English (Language or Literature) at grade 4 or above.
BTEC First Diploma plus two GCSEs including English Language or Literature at grade 4 or above
Interview required: No
If English is not your first language an IELTS score of 6.0 overall with 5.5 in each band, or equivalent
