The Knox School

Founded in 1904 by Mary Alice Knox, The Knox School is the oldest and most established private school in Long Island, New York. Today, Knox is a co-educational boarding and day school for grades 6-12, and embodies a progressive educational philosophy that allows students to grow academically and creatively in an environment where the total well-being of every student is our top priority.
