Program overview

Through a series of bespoke modules, you will cover all aspects of HRM practice including recruitment and selection, leadership and performance management, and approaches to HRM in an international context. You will also have the opportunity to take part in residential study courses, allowing you to challenge and collaborate with your peers in an engaging environment outside of the traditional classroom setting.

Entry requirements A 2:2 degree or above with honours in any discipline from a recognised university. We do consider all applications where there is evidence of exceptional performance in modules relevant to the programme of study, significant relevant work experience or professional qualifications. A transcript (in English or a certified translation) giving full details of subjects studied and grades/marks obtained. English language proficiency results Please note that ALL international students will need to show original or certified copies of academic qualification/s and (if applicable) an English Language qualification at registration along with your current passport and (if appropriate) student visa.
