Program overview

By studying philosophy, you will develop your own responses to the fundamental questions and become familiar with ongoing debates. You will acquire highly transferable skills of analytical and critical thinking, reasoned argument and clear, systematic expressions of ideas. Economics with philosophy, politics and sociology all share a common first year. After your first year, you may apply to switch to a different pathway.
