The programme focuses on state-of-the-art skills and concepts of international educational leadership. It enables graduates to change and reform educational policy and practices in their own country in in international settings. The degree is focused on leadership and management with a specialisation of applying contemporary leadership skills in the context of education.

The student selection has two phases: the first phase is a compulsory pre-task, the second phase is an online interview, to which all applicants who have passed the pre-task will be invited. Admission is based on the combined points from the pre-task and the online interview.
