The degree leads to preparation for Connecticut teacher certification with a focus in birth to age 5 or pre-kindergarten to grade 3. You’ll receive extensive professional preparation through core theory, site-based observations, real-world fieldwork experiences, and two student teaching semesters in area schools.

High School Completion is required. You will be required to present the following results: 2.75 (out of 4.0) 3.75 (out of 5.0) 80% (out of 100) If your native language is not English, you are required to prove your ability in the English Language.
