Whether your background is in business or another area such as arts, engineering or science, the Master of Commerce offers the right combination of breadth and depth. You will gain a solid grounding in the fundamental areas of business such as finance, accounting, marketing and management, as you develop an applied understanding of business concepts and practices. You will also choose up to three areas of specialisations from 18 available options, giving you the scope to choose your own path.

To be considered for admission, an applicant is required to have: an Australian bachelor's degree or higher with a credit average (65 percent) or equivalent qualification; or an Australian bachelor's degree or higher (minimum 50 percent average) or equivalent qualification, and satisfactory performance in the GMAT (for guidance, the class average score is 630); or the University of Sydney Graduate Diploma/Graduate Certificate in Commerce with a credit average (65 percent).For qualifications awarded outside Australia, equivalencies and admission criteria are determined based on the country, institution and qualification
