This programme consists of a range of courses including performance, composition, production, songwriting, music industry and find your place in the exciting global music community. Students of the programme will develop the skills with practical and theoretical courses in a variety of topics including music performance, composition, songwriting, arranging, improvisation, music technology, marketing and music industry studies.

NCEA Level 3 (60 credits at Level 3 and 20 credits at Level 2 or higher) which must include 14 credits at Level 3 in each of three approved subjects or New Zealand Certificate in Study and Career Preparation (Level 4) Ara Performing Arts Pathway, or equivalent ( International Baccalaureate, Cambridge Examination); Proof of English proficiency; Attend an audition to explore your musical skills.
