This is a qualifying law degree. It is recognised by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) and Bar Standards Board (BSB) as satisfying the academic stage of legal training for solicitors or barristers. As an Aston LLB graduate you can therefore proceed directly to the Legal Practice Course or Bar Professional Training Course. Graduates can also gain professional exemptions depending on the modules studies and standards reached, by applying directly to organisations including: Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA) Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW)

Students who have Attestat o (Polnom) Srednem Obshchem Obrazovanii will be required to complete a recognised Foundation Programme.
