The bachelor programme includes courses that provide a strong foundation in the key functions of management, marketing and economics. Students will also acquire the skills to implement best practice across a broad range of hospitality operations.

A minimum of 14 NCEA credits in each of 3 subjects at Level 3, and a minimum of 14 numeracy credits at Level 1 or higher, and a minimum of 8 literacy credits at Level 2 or higher or Successful tertiary study or Equivalent overseas qualification; Proof of English proficiency
