Each of the initial teacher education programs is field-oriented and based on an approach which is unique in Ontario — the Triple-C Model. A beginning teacher’s professional growth occurs under the careful guidance of Practicum Advisors, Practicum Instructors, and Associate Teachers in schools throughout the Niagara and Hamilton regions and beyond.
