You'll learn: *Bioscience Gain important knowledge of the major organ systems of the body such as the renal, respiratory, cardiovascular, digestive and reproductive systems. *Physiotherapy skills Understand how to improve people's quality of life through biomechanics, patient education, safe handling, assessment and prevention strategies. *Women's health and paediatrics Learn about gender and age specific practice including pathology, clinical complications, aetiology and physiotherapy care. *Cardiothoracic, neurological and musculoskeletal dysfunction Be able to treat people for a variety of conditions as they relate to the heart and circulatory system, brain and nerves, muscles and skeleton.

Entry into a Bachelor Degree program at La Trobe University requires completion of Australian Year 12 (or international equivalent) with a certain grade, and meeting subject pre-requisites (if applicable). Please check your course for details. Subject prerequisites Units 3 and 4: a study score of at least 30 in English (EAL) or at least 25 in English other than EAL; and a study score of at least 25 in two of Biology, Chemistry, any Mathematics, Physical Education or Physics. Subject proficiency: Demonstrated proficiency equivalent to stated Year 12 prerequisites. IELTS (Academic) score of 7.0 with no individual band score less than 7.0.
