In this program, you will explore key issues facing business managers such as strategy, ethics, leadership and change management. You’ll build your knowledge in areas such as strategic planning, decision making, quality control, project management, small business management and entrepreneurship. Develop your problem-solving and communication capabilities to establish good working environments for you and your staff. Our program is taught by industry professionals with many years of management experience in private, government and non-profit organisations. You’ll have the option to take on a business internship where you can apply your management skills to a real business, gain valuable experience and make industry contacts. The program has the flexibility to enable you to choose from a variety of elective courses to further enhance your management studies. In addition to your management degree, you may opt for a minor in human resource management, international business, marketing or tourism, leisure and event management.
