You’ll be taught by Environmental Scientists whose research into exposure to harmful chemicals has changed government attitudes and policy. The Environmental Sciences team at Brunel are previous winners of the Queens Anniversary Prize for two decades of pioneering research. This means that our award-winning lecturers will bring their experience, passion and renowned expertise to your lectures. Knowledge – through lectures and online materials you’ll learn about environmental systems and the ways in which humans interact with them. Synthesis and creativity – You’ll be presented with environmental challenges and guided on creating evidence-based solutions Application – this is the practical part of your degree. This will include sessions in the field, laboratories or computer labs. Real world – our residential field trips will give you the opportunity to apply your learning in real-world situations. You’ll be able to apply the techniques and knowledge you have learned.
