This qualification covers the application of nursing skills and knowledge required to be eligible for registration with the Australian national nursing and midwifery regulatory authority.

Numeracy Skills: Minimum 60% pass in mathematics in Australian Year 12 equivalency or higher OR Sit the BKSB numeracy assessment with a minimum level 3 score (off-shore) OR Sit the VETASSESS numeracy assessment with a minimum score of 21 (on-shore) English Language Skills: Evidence of completing at least 3 years of (full time equivalent) of combined secondary and/or vocational education, and/or tertiary education taught and assessed in English, in one of the recognised countries~ OR Evidence of IELTS (academic module) with a minimum overall score of 7 and a minimum score of 7 in each of the four components (listening, reading, writing and speaking) – in one sitting. OR Evidence of OET with a minimum score of B in each of the four components (listening, reading, writing and speaking) – in one sitting. OR Evidence of PTE Academic with a minimum overall score of 65 and a minimum score of 65 in each of the four communicative skills (listening, reading, writing and speaking) – in one sitting. OR the TOEFL iBT with a minimum total score of 94 and the following minimum score in each section of the test: 24 for listening, 24 for reading, 27 for writing, and 23 for speaking – in one sitting.
