This degree will encourage you to develop your creative practices by exploring a wide range of artistic processes, techniques and media. You will be immersed in the creatively and intellectually stimulating contexts of contemporary art and culture, joining Australia’s largest community of art and design practitioners, students, educators and researchers. You will be guided by our dedicated, nationally and internationally recognised staff of artists, through structured learning pathways to develop an independent creative practice. With complementary studies in art history and theory, and opportunities for elective study, the degree is embedded with real world and professional skills. You will graduate prepared for a successful career in the contemporary art world and related creative fields throughout Australia and internationally.
