Program overview
As your freshman year draws to a close, you’ll take an important professional step and declare a concentration in one of seven principal fields of business. D’Amore-McKim students who concentrate in Entrepreneurship & Innovation do it all in an environment that prioritizes new ventures, with Northeastern’s Center for Entrepreneurship Education, the Center for Family Business, and the Social Enterprise Institute offering students rich support for specialized entrepreneurial activity.
Choose from three tracks of study—technology entrepreneurship, family business entrepreneurship, and social entrepreneurship—and learn from faculty who have flourished as entrepreneurs, innovators, and researchers. They’ll teach you to assess personal aptitude and potential for small business, find and evaluate business opportunities, and secure essential funding.
