Preston campus hosts a range of hospitality facilities and resources, including commercial kitchens, an onsite commercial working restaurant (St Georges Restaurant), conference facilities and innovative industry relevant software programs. Our academic staff are experts in the current hospitality and business industries. The Bachelor of Hospitality Management program also has student exchange agreements with a number of international institutions, offering you (as a domestic student) the chance to study for six months in another country.

These include event management companies, local councils, state government and regional tourism associations, hotels, motels or restaurant enterprises in a wide range of front-line management professions such as food and beverage, reservations, functions, sales and marketing, winery related enterprises including accommodation, sales and marketing, food and beverage, restaurant or cellar door operations.
