Program overview

Preston campus hosts a range of hospitality facilities and resources, including commercial kitchens, an onsite commercial working restaurant (St Georges Restaurant), conference facilities and innovative industry relevant software programs. Our academic staff are experts in the current hospitality and business industries. The Bachelor of Hospitality Management program also has student exchange agreements with a number of international institutions, offering you (as a domestic student) the chance to study for six months in another country.

Academic: Australian Year 12 equivalency English: Academic IELTS 6.0 with no individual band below 5.5, Internet-based (IBT) TOEFL: a score of 64 (Writing 21), Pearson PTE Academic 50 overall with no individual communicative skill below 42
