Since the MSc BISM degree encompasses the management of technologies and includes data analytics amongst other things, the expertise that students gather will be applicable across multiple sectors and not just restricted to the IT sector. Programme content is enriched by providing industry engagement opportunities to students through industry speakers and field trips.

Graduates with a 2:2 honours degree, or equivalent qualification, in an appropriate discipline for example: Business Information Systems, Information Sciences, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Studies, Computing, and Business Information Technology. Candidates with other degrees are welcome to apply provided they can demonstrate relevant experience in the information systems field and the ability to study at postgraduate level. All programmes at Middlesex University Dubai are taught in English and applicants with previous education outside of English-speaking countries (such as the UK, the United States, Canada, England, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand), must demonstrate English language proficiency.
