Students graduating with a BSCS degree are expected to demonstrate the following program learning outcomes - - Written & Oral Communication - Communicate proficiently on topics that are related to computer science and computer systems with a range of audiences. - Quantitative Reasoning & Problem Solving - Utilize general knowledge in areas such as data management, algorithms, networking, or quantitative analysis to solve computing problems. - Information Literacy - Search, locate, and utilize information pertaining to current computing practices, technology used in the industry, and software tools to fulfill specified requirements. - Inquiry, Analysis & Critical Thinking - Demonstrate rational thinking over the selection and application of suitable computing solutions appropriate to the discipline. - Specialized Knowledge & Foundations/Integrative Learning - Apply computer science principles and skills acquired in the degree program to work on programming assignments and projects.
