Graduates of this program will be able to work in the creation and evaluation of digital learning environments and apply theoretical and practical knowledge to critically analyze learning innovations and assess their impact on organizations and society. The personalization of learning and the cross-sectoral skill set cultivated in the program enables graduates to lead and support their organizations to continually improve the learning experiences it offers.

- Four year (or comparable) undergraduate degree in a relevant and related field, with a minimum GPA of 'B+' (3.33/4.33), from a recognized post-secondary institution; - English Language Proficiency.
