To join the program, applicants should: Hold a Bachelor's degree from a recognized university and have achieved an average grade of not lower than “B”; or equivalent; Submit one of the following original score reports/certificates for assessment: - English proficiency, - A degree from a recognized university in Hong Kong or an English speaking country; or - A recognized professional qualification awarded in Hong Kong or an English speaking country.
