Program overview

This Visual Arts major of the Bachelor of Creativity combines core courses with specialist Visual Arts courses. Subjects in the Visual Arts specialisation cover the following topics: jewellery sculpture ceramics photography print-making painting In addition to specialised topics, the Bachelor of Creativity includes both core courses and the option to enrol in electives. The first two years provide a strong base in the craft of a studio practice in the fine arts, with students exploring how to make artworks, while learning about the culture of the craft-object in society and its many contexts. In the third year students create a major body of work for exhibition.
