Program overview
Human Resource Management (HRM) trains students to excel at applying and designing human resource practices in a legal, ethical, and socially responsible manner. The HRM major offers students professional development opportunities such as networking events with HR professionals, class consulting projects with real companies, corporate visits, HR guest speakers, and a one-on-one mentoring program pairing students with HR professionals. The HRM curriculum fully aligns with the standards set by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
