A Level Physics (6 terms)
You'll develop an understanding of the link between theory and experiment, and you'll appreciate how physics is used in present day society. Typical A Level subject combinations with physics include: Chemistry and Maths; Physics, Economics and Maths; Physics, Biology and Maths; Physics, Art and Maths.
What will I study?
- Particles, electricity, mechanics, materials
- Quantum phenomena and waves, momentum, circular
- Simple harmonic motion, gravitational and electric fields
- Magnetic fields, nuclear and astrophysics
Minimum age: 16
English language entry requirements: IELTS 5.5 or equivalent
Academic entry requirements: 4 GCSE passes at grade C or above in relevant subjects, or equivalent evidence of a good secondary or high school education
