This postgraduate degree in criminal law and criminal justice offers an exciting, challenging and distinctive opportunity to explore and develop new critical perspectives on major contemporary national and international debates. It is ideal for legal and criminal justice professionals and practitioners.
The central focus of this multidisciplinary programme is the interface between criminal law and criminal justice. The programme is delivered by staff from the School of Law and its Institute for Criminal Policy Research, and a range of visiting international scholars and practitioners.
Crime and criminal justice are the source of much public concern, fear and fascination. You will develop your ability to critically engage in key debates within the field, and gain the tools necessary to understand the social, political, economic and cultural contexts of crime, justice, security and disorder.
