Program overview
The course builds a strong foundation in the theory and practice of making financial decisions in an international environment, so it's ideal for students aiming to work at the senior levels in banking, financial services and corporate finance. The GEM MSc Finance has a total of 4 stages – each reinforcing the previous stage, helping to refine and focus your learning. All 4 stages are covered during the first 12 months, including the Capstone Course, encompassing everything studied and preparing students to apply their learning in the Final Management Project.

Admission Requirements:
- Bachelors level degree in any subject from a recognised university
- A test of quantitative abilities is required.
You may submit one of the following:
- GMAT – A minimum of 70% in the quantitative section is required
- GRE – A minimum of 60% in the verbal reasoning section, 70% in the quantitative section, and 4.0 or above on the analytical writing section are required
- CFA Level 1 exam with a pass grade
- This test may be waived at the discretion of GEM Admission Board for candidates that exhibit previous academic excellence from a top ranked university or business school, especially in quantitative subjects
English Proficiency:
- IELTS: 6.5 (minimum of 6.0 in all areas)
- TOEFL: IBT 94 (minimum of 22 in each band) or TOEFL: CBT 240 or Paper version 587
- PTE: Minimum of 63
- Cambridge Proficiency Exam: A, B, C
- English native speaker/Degree obtained in English
