Program overview

Psychology is a science, with all our students taking modules in statistics and experimental design, as required by our accrediting body, the British Psychological Society (BPS). Our Psychology degree programme is very diverse and stimulating and is consistently rated as 'excellent' by both our students and external examiners. Work placement opportunities: We have offered assessed work placements since 2013 and send over 50 students on placement across the public, private and third sectors every year. In addition, students can transfer in year 2 to BSc Psychology with Professional Placement where they undertake a 12-month paid work placement.
