The MSRE is a specialized degree tailored to enhance a student's knowledge of the industry with a complete curriculum of real estate courses (10 real estate courses with three core classes and seven electives) versus the MBA program with the majority of general business classes and only 3-4 real estate electives. The curriculum provides the academic and practical knowledge necessary to achieve success in wide range of real estate fields: commercial development, property management, finance, market analysis, project management, consulting, brokerage, and others.
