Master how to manage business endeavours, balance supply and demand and gain skills key to any organization's success.The slightest changes to a company's materials, inventory, transportation or marketing strategy can have huge ripple effects on the rest of the business. Learn how different departments depend on each other and use creative thinking to come up with solutions that benefit the entire company.Today's work world has changed. Top employability skills now include critical thinking, collaboration, leadership, communication and entrepreneurship. The small class sizes and applied learning approach allow you to develop these skills in an interactive environment. You can then refine your new skills through a mandatory internship and optional co-op.In this Honours BBA programs, you'll build a Creative Learning Portfolio (CLP) that helps you on your self-discovery journey — and in the job market. The CLP is an electronic portfolio that explores your passions, purpose, career and personal goals. Featuring course reflections, learning experiences and work samples, your CLP will help you showcase your skills to potential employers. All courses are three credits and students will typically take 15 credits per semester. Students will be able to select their choice of courses each semester subject to completion of pre and co requisites, and the course availability. In order to graduate students must complete 120 credits with a minimum GPA requirement.

Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent, including these required courses: English, Grade 12 (ENG4U or equivalent) with a minimum 65%; Mathematics, Grade 12 Advanced Functions (MHF4U or equivalent) with a minimum 60%, or Grade 12 Calculus and Vectors (MCV4U or equivalent) with a minimum 60%; Four other Grade 12 credits (U or M or equivalent) with a minimum 60%; Minimum 65% overall average. English Language Requirements: TOEFL: 88 (21L,W,S,R) iBT (Internet-based TOEFL) or 570 Paper-based; IELTS (Academic): 6.5 – Overall Band Score with no Band below 6.0; PTE (Academic): 60 – Overall Minimum Score (57L,W,S,R).
