Founded as an independentin 1976, St. George’s University opened its doors to students beginning in January 1977. It has evolved into a top center of international education, drawing students and faculty from 140 countries to the Caribbean island of Grenada, in the West Indies. Entry points are available for students from any education system around the world the world- including a four-year program for those entering with a traditional baccalaureate degree and five-,six-, and seven-year programs for those entering with international degrees. Students presenting secondary school diploma( or IB or Advanced Level) credentials are placed into the five- or six-year programs based on academic background and performance.
TOEFL min 600 (paper-based), 250 (computer based)\100 (internet-based) or IELTS 7.0.
UKCAT is not mandatory, but is a suggestion.

4-year MD program requires Bachelor's Degree in the requisite sciences
5-year MD program requires 3 Advanced Levels, SIPCAL h2 or STPM Principal Levels:A's and B's in chemistry,biology and either Math or Physics; Full IB Diploma with strong grades. 3 HL science courses recommended; 2 HL required; Associate Degree (60 credits or equivalent) with biology, chemistries and math. 2-year University Science Foundation; India 10+2 with 80%- reviewed for Five-Year MD.
6-Year program - Further Education: Full IB Diploma: 3 HL Science courses recommended, 2 HL required. AS Levels, Baccalaureate, South Africa Metric, Higher School Exam, Irish Leaving Certificate, Senior Certificate. 1-Year University Science Foundation
7-Year program: 6GCSE,SPM, MISCC UEC or Equivalent: Strong science performance (minimum B); Secondary School Diploma, Strong Science grades; Gaokao - Minimum 90% average
