This 21-week program runs from late January to June. Students attend class at Tamanawis Secondary from January to May and spend the month of June on-site at Vancouver Community College's Downtown Campus.

Applicants are required to have completed Grade 10 and Food Safe Training; or equivalents.

Career opportunities

Upon completion of the program, students earn credit for five high school courses, Progressive Trades Level 1 Technical Training and VCC Certificate of Completion.
