A key feature of the degree is a compulsory international study experience. Students will also explore economics, business mathematics and business law, study statistics and the science of decision-making, learn about cross-cultural communication and negotiations, consider social responsibility and technology's role in business, build real-world skills through the University’s corporate links. In second-year students will specialise in an area of interest: Accounting, Corporate Finance, International Business, Management, Marketing, Entrepreneurship (minor only).

Successful completion of an Australian year 12 qualification with a minimum pass in an accepted English language subject. International Baccalaureate (IB): 26. Students who don't meet the academic requirements or who have other qualifications from the South Pacific Islands, Japan, Korea, Philippines or Taiwan may be eligible to apply for a Pre-University Pathway to prepare for or gain entry into the University's undergraduate academic programs.
