A career in podiatry is challenging and rewarding. You could find yourself correcting sports injuries, addressing developmental issues in children, supporting elderly mobility, or treating chronic illnesses such as diabetes and arthritis. As part of your studies you will:
Learn how to identify and analyse complex health problems within podiatry practice and develop solutions to these problems.
Learn to work within a multidisciplinary health team to best meet patients’ health needs.
Undertake rural and regional health placements at our podiatry clinics.
Develop critical research skills that will set you in good stead for life-long learning as a podiatrist.
