Program overview

Studying Accountancy and Finance empowers you to prepare, present and interpret financial information for a wide range of organisations, and the skills you learn will enable investors, lenders, management and others to make key decisions based on financial facts. This combined Accountancy and Finance course includes content specifically geared towards entering the banking and investment industries. If you’re planning a career in the accountancy profession or wider financial sector, this combined Accountancy and Finance course is designed with you in mind. After four years of study you’ll have an honours degree and a focused knowledge of your field, and qualifications exempting you from several professional examinations. In your first three semesters, your core studies in accounting and finance will be complimented by teaching in economics, business management and business law. Semesters 4-8 will help you to develop an analytical approach to relevant subjects through nine advanced core modules – alongside elective modules of your choosing.
