Offering broad foundation courses in criminology, sociology, political science, psychology, management, public administration, and law , our curriculum integrates carefully developed multidisciplinary theory with the teaching of contemporary criminal justice practice. By combining coursework, internships, service-learning and special research projects, criminal justice graduates are fully prepared to enter a wide range of fields. These include local, county, or federal law enforcement agency work, or to pursue advanced study in law and judicial administration.
By studying human behavior and social institutions, you’ll get a complete picture of the causes of criminal behavior and crime's impact on society. Карьерные возможности
More than 80% of our criminal justice majors secure employment in the field after graduation or go on to graduate school or law school. With greater attention being focused on law enforcement and national security, criminal justice students with bachelor's and graduate degrees are in demand.
While most graduates are employed in a criminal justice agency, such as law enforcement or probation, many also find employment in government agencies, nonprofits, and in private sector organizations such as insurance carriers and victim services.
