The overarching objective of the master's program is the provision of advanced professional training by means of integrated learning experiences. Specifically, the educational goals are to: develop a deepened and advanced competence in practice and research; embrace a capacity for critical understanding of social theories, social problems, and emergent issues; and understand population groups in need, institutional structures, and policy initiatives and processes.
