Aimed at students with advanced bilingual proficiency, the course offers a foundation in the theories of translation and interpreting, as well as training in research in the field. Upon completion of this course, you will be able to conceptualise translation and interpreting studies as an academic discipline in its historical, cross-disciplinary and intercultural contexts. There are two specialisations available in the course: Translation (offered for Chinese, French, German, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, and Spanish), and Interpreting and translation (offered for Chinese, French, German, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, and Spanish).
