The focus of this course is directed toward the development of management capabilities in the context of changing and dynamic organisational environments. It is aimed at career professionals with work experience who hold an undergraduate degree and who seek to strengthen their career progression, enhance their management knowledge and skills, and therefore improve opportunities for themselves and their organisations. The course is suitable for those who have experience in their field and who occupy or aspire to management positions in business, government, community, service and non-profit organisations, and is designed to provide students with a comprehensive, intellectually demanding and up-to-date understanding of management concepts.

Entry level 1: 72 points to complete Duration: 1.5 years full-time, 3 years part-time An Australian bachelor degree or an equivalent qualification and a minimum of two years relevant employment. Applicants will be ranked based on relevant employment experience and their entire academic record, with a credit average preferred. Entry level 2: 48 points to complete Duration: 1 years full-time, 2 years part-time A four-year Australian undergraduate honours degree (or equivalent) with at least a Weighted Average Mark (WAM) of 55% and a minimum of two years relevant employment. OR An Australian undergraduate degree (or equivalent) and an Australian graduate certificate (or equivalent) in a cognate discipline with at least a Weighted Average Mark (WAM) of 55% and a minimum of two years relevant employment. OR An Australian undergraduate honours degree (or equivalent) in a cognate discipline with at least a Weighted Average Mark (WAM) of 55% and a minimum of two years relevant employment. Credit towards mastery knowledge can only be granted for level 5 units.
