The university has its own library.  Additionally, NSCAD University (Nova Scotia College of Art & Design) has a developed sports infrastructure and its own sports facilities.  It is worth considering that in addition to the Association of Universities and Colleges of Canada (AUCC), the educational institution is a member of such associations as: Association of Independent Colleges of Art and Design (AICAD) and Canadian Bureau for International Education (CBIE).  Institutions totals 99 teachers.  Students during their studies at the university can participate in international exchange programs.
