The programme lasts for twelve months and comprises five modules followed by a Master thesis: Strategic Business Management (8 ECTS) Strategic Building Management (8 ECTS) Strategic Asset Management (8 ECTS) Strategic Facility Management (8 ECTS) Academic skills (8 ECTS) Master thesis (20 ECTS)

Besides that, in order to be admitted to the course you must have a bachelor degree in facility management, real estate management or a related subject such as industrial engineering and management, building and architecture or hotel management. Non-Dutch students also need to have TOEFL 550, IELTS 6 or a similar English language qualification. Additionally, to enroll in the part-time programme you must have at least one year of relevant experience post qualified working experience The student qualifications will be assessed by the admission officer on the basis of a Curriculum Vitae and a letter of motivation. An interview may also be part of the admission process.
