Graduates of the Diploma of Engineering will be qualified to gain entry level engineering technician positions using the practical and communication skills which they have acquired whilst studying at SIBT. Graduates are also able to articulate into the second year of a Bachelor of Engineering.

Successful completion of High School (GPA and other requirements differ for each country) English: one of the following: IELTS 6.0 (min 5.5 in all bands) TOEFL iFB 79 PTE 50 You will be required to undertake a Maths Readiness Test prior to finalising enrolment. The Readiness Test will determine if you will need to take an additional support maths program and which maths unit you will study in Session 1. It is assumed that students have completed Australian year 12 maths or equivalent. If not, students may be required to study a bridging subject or support maths program.
