You will undertake compulsory courses introducing private law and public law and will then study a range of commercially related law courses carefully created and selected to be intelligible to non-lawyers while still of interest and benefit to lawyers. These courses cover specific areas of law relevant when operating in an international context. Courses in the program will be taught at an advanced graduate level allowing students to deepen their knowledge and understanding of international law and its function in the modern world.

To enrol in the program, a person must hold an approved degree in the same discipline, with a GPA of 4.5. Same discipline is defined as a degree in law; or a degree in business, commerce or economics. Where a person holds an approved degree in a different discipline, they will be required to meet professional experience requirements. Professional experience requirements: applicants must have completed at least three years of professional full-time work experience (or equivalent) relevant to the courses offered in the program, as approved by the executive dean. IELTS overall 6.5; reading 6; writing 6; speaking 6; listening 6.
