This provides students with an opportunity to liaise with, and gain an insight into the work of, quantity surveyors in industry.

There are no minimum academic requirements (open entry). However it is recommended you: have a minimum of 48 NCEA credits at Level 2 including English or Maths, OR are able to demonstrate equivalent skills and knowledge. Flexi-learn Delivery Option If you plan to enrol in the flexi-learn option then, in addition to the above requirements, you must already be working in the field of quantity surveying and have a reasonable level of experience (this will be determined by way of a skills questionnaire). You must also have the support of your employer and be able to nominate an appropriate mentor. Standard Entry Criteria Admission, entry, selection, and enrolment into programmes will be in accordance with the Academic Regulations and/or, where approved, specific programme regulations. ENGLISH LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS IELTS Academic score of 6 with no band score lower than 5.5 or completed New Zealand Certificate in English Language Level 4 with the Academic Endorsement or meets a relevant English Proficiency Outcome as outlined by NZQA.
