Program overview

Computer scientists work on challenging programming tasks, develop new software technologies and new ways to use computers. When studying a Computer Science degree, your learning will focus on complex problem solving, as well as developing strategies and new technologies across a variety of areas in the field. You will study courses in artificial intelligence, robotics, computer graphics, digital forensics, bioinformatics, web development and data security. Computer science is fundamental to many everyday technologies like mobile phones, learning systems, online shopping, navigation systems, social media, computer games and programmable appliances.
