Priorities of the program are to accentuate comparative analysis and innovative approaches in organization activities in area of Human Resources management. Major part of the program will focus on personnel management in differ organizations (in companies with the Yekaterinburg location, and within net projects with Tyumen State University, Russia). Graduate students will conduct theoretical and practical research in sphere of creating and applying new tools in evaluation of modern HRM-systems and in decision-making processes of human resources management.

BA in Human Resources Management; Organizational Psychology; Organizational Communications; Labor relationship; Management; Economics; Sociology, Social Sciences or Humanities, certificate of English proficiency (B2 level or higher). Graduates of other subjects can be admitted for studying if they have practical experience in the area of HR-Management.
