Program overview
The programme comprises the following courses: Principles of Hospitality Management; Hospitality and Tourism Strategic Management; Tourism and Hospitality Management; Integrated Approach to Hospitality Management.
Internship placements are coordinated via the Student Careers Centre (SCC) and are available at the following hospitality establishments: Hilton Hotels, Rydges Hotels, The Langham Hotels, SkyCity, SkyCity Grand Hotel, Pullman Hotels,Accor Hotels, Millenium Hotels,Showcase Hospitality.
