Graduates will be able to apply appropriate skills and knowledge from their first qualification to relevant contexts in the tourism industry.The programme comprises seven courses, or six courses if the internship option is chosen: Principles of Tourism Hospitality and Tourism Strategic Management; Tourism and Hospitality Management; Tourism Policy Planning and Development.

Bachelor degree at least equivalent to New Zealand pass standard; Candidates without a Bachelor degree but with an appropriate mix of a lesser qualification and work experience may be approved for special admission by the Academic Board; Proof of English proficiency
