This popular course gives you practical training and education in construction management. Work integrated learning is emphasised; you will have the opportunity to participate in work experience or supervised site visits. The course is designed in collaboration with construction industry professionals. This course is recognised by professional industry bodies and accredited by the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors, the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, and the Board of Quantity Surveyors Malaysia. It is also currently being considered by the Australian Institute of Building.

Successful completion of one year of a Diploma of Specialist at a state institution or fully accredited private institution where separate evidence of English competence is required. IELTS 6.5 with no band lower than 6.0
