This innovative team- and module-based program of study is built around the competencies you'll need to succeed as a business leader in the international food industry. During ten modules presented over the first three years of the four-year degree, you'll be introduced to a range of food business concepts, including global supply chain logistics and new product development. In these modules, you'll be assigned a series of real business tasks that become progressively more involved. To help you successfully complete these tasks, you'll be assigned internationally experienced professors who will provide key theories, concepts, skills, and practices.
